1. Who is responsible
TAKE OVER ALL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates TakeYourPart and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Address: 30 N Gould St #40422, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Privacy requests: support@takeoverall.com.
2. Information we collect
Orders: your email address, the product purchased, amount and currency, order status, the channel you used (website, WhatsApp, or Telegram link), the policy version you accepted with a timestamp, and payment references from Stripe such as the checkout session and payment identifiers. Stripe also shares the billing details you give it (such as name, email, and country) and the payment outcome.
Card and payment details are collected directly by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We never receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Support requests: the email address, subject, and message you send through our contact form or by email.
Technical information: our servers process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and timestamps to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. For rate limiting we store only a keyed, irreversible hash of your IP address for about one hour.
Browser storage: the saved-resources list stays in your browser and is never uploaded. See Cookies & Local Storage.
3. How and why we use it
We use order information to process your purchase, deliver your download link, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We use support messages to answer you. We use technical information to operate and secure the site.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (orders and delivery), legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement). We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Stripe processes payments and performs fraud screening under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). Our website and database run on servers rented from our hosting provider. Order emails are sent through our email delivery provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, those platforms process your messages under their own terms.
These providers act on our instructions or under their own legal obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and customers. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, and we do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
5. International processing
We are a United States company and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers, for international transfers.
6. Retention
Completed order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Checkouts that are abandoned or fail are deleted after 30 days. Support messages are deleted after 12 months. Payment event records are deleted 90 days after processing. Rate-limiting hashes expire after about one hour.
Your private delivery link is encrypted until the delivery email is sent and is then removed from our email queue. Browser storage stays on your device until you clear it.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order access tokens are stored only as one-way hashes, delivery details are encrypted at rest until sent, and the database is not exposed to the public internet. Card security is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. No online service can guarantee absolute security; we will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, receive a copy of, correct, or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may have rights to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising, which we do not engage in.
To make a request, email support@takeoverall.com from the address used for your order. We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we respond within the time limits set by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We honor Global Privacy Control signals, although we perform no sale or targeted advertising to opt out of.
9. Children and updates
Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Purchases require you to be 18 or older.
We will update this notice when our practices change. Material changes will be clearly identified on this page, and consent will be requested where necessary. The effective date and version are shown above.
